Date: Tuesday, February 7, 2011
Time: 11:00 a.m. –12:00 p.m.
Speakers: Enoch Liang and Steve Hansen, Lee Tran & Liang APLC

Come and learn the best strategies for protecting your intellectual property.  The lawyers will not only discuss design patent protection and trade dress protection, but will also discuss the latest in footwear design litigation after the Federal Circuit Court issued a key decision in the Fall of 2008 (called Egyptian Goddess).  According to some surveys, the two most commonly litigated design patents are over shoes and lamps, so this is a “can’t miss” event for everyone in the shoe industry.
